The importance of good Property photography

Bancroft & Gray is a family run property development company based in the UK. After working closely with the company on past projects, they reached out again in need of property photography to capture their newest development. They wanted to showcase each room within the property in order to promote it and their business. They were also keen on capturing the interior details that make the house feel like a home, these elements are essential for marketing purposes. At the property the team had introduced company branding into the interior design in subtle ways, I made a conscious effort to include this within my images as I knew it would be a great promotional opportunity.

Property photography is a genre of photography I have always enjoyed, I have a passion for interior design so I especially love to see when the properties have been set. I also enjoy seeing the before and after images of B&Gs work on a property as the transformation is always incredible!
